My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. While I really appreciated the modern design and plentiful USB ports in the room, the comfort of the mattress was a significant downside for me, leading to a very restless night. Additionally, the climate control in the room left much to be desired. The location is perfect for my travels, but I can't overlook the lack of sleep I experienced.
My stay was quite disappointing overall, mainly due to noise disturbances and poor service. The amenities and offered breakfast were not as good as I had hoped. On a positive note, I did appreciate the staff's effort with our linens during a mishap. However, the lack of response to my requests really affected my experience.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the breakfast was fantastic and the night staff went above and beyond to help us, the mattress was too soft for my back issues, making it hard to sleep. The cleanliness of the common areas was also lacking, which detracted from our overall comfort. Overall, it has potential but needs some improvements.
